Magnus Huth

EDUCATION: Cand.psychol. degree from University of Oslo. Master’s from the Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo. Further specialization in the field of organizational psychology at the Norwegian Psychological Association and IAP.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Works with organizational and management development. Broad professional experience holding courses on organizational psychology both in Norway and internationally. Works both individually with managers and with management groups. Has worked with national and multi-national companies and led large-scale assessment and management development projects. Lectures at BI Norwegian Business School’s Executive Master of Management programme “Consulting”. Also has work experience with selection and recruiting. 

OTHER: Currently also working with psychotherapy as a clinical psychologist in a private practice. Has formerly worked in the public health sector as a psychologist.

John Maxfield Steineger

EDUCATION: Medical/cand.med. degree from Eberhard-Karls Universität/Germany. Specialist in psychiatry, area of expertise in psychotherapy and education in organizational psychology. WORK EXPERIENCE: Consulting activities since 1990, including teaching, counselling and guidance for specialists and managers. Professional interlocutor for executives since 2000. All-round and broad management working experience in the last twenty years in the fields of medicine, psychiatry, stress and crisis management, hereunder at the executive level in public hospitals. Most recent management position as chief executive (Major General) for the Norwegian Armed Forces Joint Medical Services and member of the Chief of Defence management team. Extensive expertise in stress management, human performance, and limitations at both the individual and organizational level.

Gro Møllerstad

EDUCATION: Masters of Management from BI, subject areas: «Management, power and meaning,» «Consulting» and «Interaction and management». WORK EXPERIENCE: 18 years of professional experience as a recruitment adviser for the headhunting firm Hodejegerne Møllerstad Christiansen AS. Background as editor for the Norwegian national daily Dagbladet, journalist for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, political advisor for the Department of Health and Social Security (1986-88) and communications director at the Ministry of Labour and Government Administration (1991-93). In 2000 established own recruiting agency and has since then worked with manager recruiting for the public administration sector, trade and industry, organizations, media companies, culture institutions and academia. Has completed the international consulting certification CMC (Certified Management Consultant), a practical and research-based certification with a focus on method competence and ethical consciousness-raising in the consulting role.
